The project consists of a condominium created for a commercial center which is built in the most prosperous area of the country. Its design shows a modern architecture characterized for being a pioneer one in the region, and their results proof that the quality surpasses what others currently suggest for this sort of commercial centers. This commercial center has a baseman and two floors that function as a parking lot with space for two thousand (200) cars. The baseman also is used as parking lot with space for one hundred twenty (120) cars, depository places, common bathrooms, administration office, engine rooms, and sewage plant.
In the first floor, there are 30 commercial areas and eighty (80) places for vehicles. in the same way and located in this level, there is the access to the unloading area of a supermarket called AUTOMERCADO.
In the second floor, there are eleven (11) rooms used as offices.
This structure provides services such as access with twenty four hours surveillance, fire alarm system, and garbage container room. Furthermore, it has a sewage plant, underground wiring, decorative gardens and fountains, public bathrooms, an emergency electric plant, elevator, access from the baseman to the first floor, etc.
