In the year 1999, with the arrival in Costa Rica, Leumi Group started the first building projects in "Parque Residencial Valle del Sol". It is located in "Pozos de Santa Ana," 1.5 Kilometers east from the gas station. Residential condominium "Altos de Santa Ana" It is constituted by nine separated houses. It includes a common area which has vehicle access, "rancho," swimming pool, playground, and parking lot for visitors.

In the second floor, there is the TV room, the main bedroom with bathroom with walking closet, and there are two secondary bedrooms with their respective bathroom.
Residential condominium "Valle de Santa Ana" It is constituted by six (6) separated houses and a common area with vehicle access, swimming pool, ranch, playground, and visitor's parking lot.
