The project Vistas Nunciatura is a proposal for vanguard architecture of luxury residences, which is located in the city of San Jose, specifically in the Rohrmorser neighborhood facing the Peru park (or the Nunciatura Park), an exclusive and centric city zone, noted for its abundant green areas and high added value.

This project is a condominium type housing complex, 12 stories high and has two basements for parking, located on a lot measuring 2630.14 square meters. The common facilities are distributed on the first floor and the remaining floors comprise 30 apartments and a Penthouse.
